OUTER HEAVEN
06:18
|
|||
Fractured race of man/ I rip my head from my neck I am whole again
Wasps rain down from the sky, I stand in awe/ Deliver me these plagues I deserve them all
*Every day feels the same/ Another day I'm losing faith/ I wouldn't trade all of this pain/ To be without you, like acid rain
**An empty home/Empty me/Can't remember when I last felt sleep
Given up/ Just stare at the wall
Take everything/ You can have it all
Cut the tether binding me to this world/ Heaven and Earth, you can have it all
I would sell your god for a second more/ Walking with them, among the shore
*
**
You can have it all

VOIDCASTER
07:26
|
|||
Tear a hole in the sky/ Fit my head inside
What more can I say/ This world ain't my place
*At the open void/ Tell me it's this world's last day
I'll just sit and smoke some more/ Cause I couldn't care anyway
Floating between space/ Grin across my face
Scream for the void, I feel no fear/ As long as we're far from here
*
All, for faith, for family for something
But it's all, for fortune, for glory, for nothing
For nothing

CIRCLE OF SMOKE
07:47
|
|||
Taken over by the passion of the riff/ While ripping pages from the bible to roll a holy spliff
Separated from myself like seeds from stem/ Inhale communion while a ring of smoke is forming overhead
*Pray to cough and choke/ In the presence of the lords of dope
A bong in the hands of the pope/ And a halo made of smoke
In the chapel I sit and roll the finest green/ While the choirs droning on as they worship wicked green
Next to his throne I ask Satan if he's pleased/ He spreads his wings exhaling smoke and that's all I really need
*
Once upon the cross I lay/ The leaves are my body so smoke away
Once upon the cross I lay/ The oil's my blood so burn and fade
So burn and fade

CURSED TO BE
04:16
|
|||
I sold my soul/ For the bitter cold of being alone/
And I never looked back
I sold my soul/ For a silent thrown on an empty world/
Goodbye to sanity
Burden of existence weighs down heavy/
Searching for Outerheaven to find my piece
Days of mania then I'm on my knees
Cursed to exist, cursed just to be
Cursed to be(Damned to Existence)

FLOWERHEAD
07:21
|
|||
*I've been watching you move/ I've been watching you slither
I've been watching you under me/ And you know you're my sinner
They'll know just what we did when blood flowed through these veins/
I'm sworn to love you so through this pleasure, through this pain
*
You've taken me with eyes like flowered leaves/
My mind's in bloom, your light is feeding me/
When we get high under the shade of trees/
Want this till I'm dead, FlowerHead

DAYS OF EDEN
06:01
|
|||
A thousand mothers at hoping weeping/
A million soldiers eyes are sore/
We've come so far to sell you freedom/
It's time to feed the dogs of war
A nation with the flaming sword/
Bathed in the oil we have seized/
Bow before the holy banner/
Live and die down on your knees
Build this tomb/ Build these walls
If I pray/ It's to kill us all\
In days of Eden I'd take my place/
Savor the fruit, indulge with haste/
I'd ask for answers, beat on Christ's door
Cause knowledge is heaven, and god is war
Knowledge is heaven, and god is war

SEASON OF THE NOOSE
04:18
|
|||
Lust for the looped end/ Of a short rope
Could you be saved/ Hanging from hope
If you wade through my mind/ Delve deep within
You'd lift up your heel/ And cave in my head
Season of the noose, could you be saved
Season of the noose, could you be saved
Season of the noose, could you be saved
Whole families will climb, to hold hands and hang
Another day/ Another mistake
Mistake

WITHER
04:55
|
|||
Todays a waste/ Tomorrow's just the same
When you're not home/ I wither away
Moving like mud, without you here undone/ Can't lift my head, my mind must weigh a ton
*"Don't say too much, this could still mean anything"
One cycle more I grin and bare my teeth/ New wounds and scars, lost love and time to grieve
Screaming at the sky, just waiting for the end/ Will I have you, will these wounds ever mend?
*
Comfort and joy, so foreign to me now/
Pleading with the sky, can't stop asking how/
My head, my hands, pained now by the light/
But when I held you in my arms, I swore I'd make it through the night
*"Don't say too much, this could still mean anything"

BLOOM
05:33
|
|||
This song has lyrics but they're irrelevant. This is meant as a dedication to my son Ian, my other children, and my incredible partner Taylor who has been by my side throughout all the hard ship that created this album. Thank you to my selected family and my bandmates/best friends for allowing me to bleed this out and supporting me every step of the way. I love them beyond words, and we love you for being a part of this album with us.
